A Moonshadow Collective + Branches of Yoga collaboration
Maybe you've been meaning to slow down. Maybe your brain has too many tabs open, and you just need a little time to yourself.
This 90-minute experience combines gentle restorative yoga with individualized Reiki, creating space to get comfortable, quiet your mind, and simply receive.
We'll begin with a restorative yoga practice designed to help you settle into your body and ease out of go-go-go mode. Cher's gentle approach will guide you through fully supported, effortless postures, held for 10-20 minutes each.
Throughout the practice, Beck will move around the room offering each participant individualized Reiki. Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy practice that uses light touch or hands held just above the body. Paired with restorative yoga, Reiki can help encourage the body and nervous system to settle while supporting the movement of stagnant or blocked energy. Together, the two practices create a deeper opportunity to release, restore, and come back into balance.
You don't need to know anything about Reiki to enjoy it. If you've been curious but aren't quite ready to book an individual session, this is a low-pressure way to experience it for yourself. Or if Reiki is already part of your wellness practice, think of this as an energetic tune-up.
No yoga or Reiki experience necessary. Come get cozy, take a breath, and give yourself some uninterrupted time to rest.
