What's Included

Blue Moon Rising

Blue Moon Rising is a small eco-village of fourteen hand-built cabins on the shore of Deep Creek Lake in Garrett County, Maryland. Every cabin is different — some sleep two, some sleep four, several have loft beds reached by a ship's ladder — and all come stocked with linens, blankets, and towels. Each one has its own bathroom with a stand-up shower, an induction cooktop with cookware, a toaster oven, and a French press.

Community Space & Kitchen

We'll gather in the community center, which has a full residential kitchen for our shared meals, plus a pavilion and a communal fire pit looking out over the lake. It's the heart of the property and where most of the laughing tends to happen.

See the Cabins

Every cabin has its own photos and floor plan on Blue Moon Rising's website. Take a look before you book — they're all lovely, and it helps to know which one you're hoping for when we reach out after your deposit. Visit bluemoonrising.org to explore them.
