300-Hour Teacher Training

Coming Soon to Branches of Yoga

Our 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training is in development, led by Stacey Hartman and Cheryl Bosse right here in Sykesville. Dates, pricing, and the full curriculum are still being finalized — and the waitlist is where we'll share them first.

Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It simply puts you at the front of the line: you'll hear about program dates, tuition, and registration before we announce them publicly, and you'll have the first chance to claim a spot when enrollment opens.

Who This Training Is For

A 300-hour training is the next step after your 200-hour certification. It's designed for teachers who are already teaching — or who finished their 200-hour and want to go deeper before they do — and who are ready to move past the fundamentals into more nuanced, specialized work.

Completing a 300-hour program on top of an existing 200-hour certification is the pathway to registering with Yoga Alliance at the RYT-500 level.

If you're still working toward your first certification, this isn't the program for you yet — but we'd still love to hear from you. Get in touch and we'll point you in the right direction.

What to Expect

This training will carry the same approach that shapes everything we do at Branches of Yoga: trauma-informed, student-centered, and grounded in both traditional practice and modern movement science. Expect an emphasis on nervous system awareness, student autonomy, and the kind of ethical, sustainable teaching that holds up over a long career.

Specifics on format, schedule, and tuition are still being worked out. Rather than guess, we'd rather tell you properly once they're settled — which is exactly what the waitlist is for.

Questions in the Meantime?

If you want to talk through whether a 300-hour training is the right next step for you, reach out. Stacey is happy to have that conversation before you commit to anything.
