This two-hour workshop for women combines Yin and Yang principles to address the unique needs of women transitioning through perimenopause and postmenopause. It emphasizes the importance of building strength, providing joint support, and promoting mindfulness for the parasympathetic nervous system.

The workshop commences with a warm-up to prepare the body. It then transitions into a 30-45 minute strength section utilizing kettlebells. The session concludes with a 45-minute Yin Yoga practice. Participants will emerge feeling both energized and calm.

Open to all levels of yoga and kettlebells. Limited to 6 participants.
